Service at Massage In Progress may be denied or terminated to any person, for any reason, at any time, before or during, an appointment. Inappropriate or suggestive behavior of a sexual nature, will not be tolerated in the clinic. Massage may be contraindicated in the case of a client's physical or mental condition. The client agrees to disclose any health conditions or medications which may preclude a massage treatment. Failure to do so may result in injury or aggravation of a client's condition.

All records, including client information, intake notes, evaluations, treatment notes and appointments will be kept strictly confidential with the exception of requests by insurance investigators and law enforcement agencies, as dictated by HIPPA and accepted professional medical ethics.
